Let’s talk about bread.

April 2025_edited.jpg
Real bread. At our bakery, we believe bread should be simple, honest, and made with care. That’s why we use just a few basic ingredients: King Arthur flour, imported French flour for our croissants, salt, and yeast. That’s it.
Good bread doesn’t need shortcuts. It needs time. We use traditional artisan methods, allowing our dough to ferment slowly. This not only develops flavor, but also makes the bread gentler on your stomach. You might be surprised how many people who think they’re "gluten-sensitive" can actually enjoy naturally fermented bread made the old-school way.
No stabilizers. No preservatives. No ingredients you can't pronounce. And definitely nothing that’s also used in yoga mats — yes, that’s a real thing (azodicarbonamide — banned in many countries, still allowed in the U.S.).
